Grace L. Grombir

Grace L. Grombir, age 76 years of East Amwell Township, NJ died Wednesday, March 17, 2004 at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born October 24, 1927 in Honolulu, Hawaii, she was the daughter of the late Jesu and Mary Cabral Souza Arias. She had resided in East Amwell Township for the past 49 years.

She was retired from Baum and Pierce Ceramic Studios, Kingwood, NJ.

Her husband, Joseph Grombir died in 1968. A son, Joseph Grombir, Jr. died in 1988. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Michael W. and Mary Lou Grombir of Kingwood Township, NJ; a granddaughter, Megan Grombir of Kingwood Township, NJ; a sister, Rita Stair of Brielle, NJ, and several brothers and sisters in Hawaii.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Alphonsus Church, East Prospect Street, Hopewell, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
