Grace Veronica Ellis Vogel

Grace Veronica Ellis Vogel, age 85 years, of Delaware Township, NJ, died on Monday, June 9, 2014 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Delaware Township, February 16, 1929, daughter of the late William and Grace Ward Ellis, she was a lifelong area resident.

A homemaker, Grace was a member of the Sergeantsville United Methodist Church and a former member of the Sergeantsville Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary.

Her husband of fifty-seven years, Peter G. Vogel, died in 2012, and a daughter, JoAnn Winiarz, died in 2003.

Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Grace and Ken Lefebvre of Stockton, NJ; a grandson, Michael Winiarz of Delaware Township, NJ; a granddaughter, Jessica Lefebvre of Stockton, NJ; a sister, Irene Chipps in PA; two brothers, William Ellis, Jr. of Baptistown, NJ and Gilbert Ellis in FL; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.

Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in Rosemont Cemetery, Route 519, Rosemont, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. There are no calling hours and everyone is asked to meet directly at the cemetery by 10:45 a.m.
