Gwendolyn Ann Jamele

Gwendolyn Ann Jamele, age 79 years, of Neshanic Station, NJ, died on Wednesday, December 5, 2007 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Ringoes, NJ, August 10, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Winfield and Lillie Clay Case.

She retired from the Neshanic Post Office, United States Postal Service, after twenty-five years there.

She was a former member of the Reaville Presbyterian Church, Reaville, NJ, and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Neshanic Volunteer Fire Department.

Her husband, Vincent D. Jamele, and a son, Vincent J. Jamele, both died in 1996. Surviving are a daughter, Carol Ann Kwarta of Calabash, NC; a son, Richard Jamele of Frenchtown, NJ; a sister, Violet Miller, of Asbury, NJ; seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 4 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be private. Calling hours will be held on Saturday from 1-4 PM in the funeral home.
