H. Bernice Granzen, age 78 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died Friday, August 1, 2014, at her home.
Born in Hatboro, PA., April 29, 1936, daughter of the late Harold and Bertha Bradley Titus, she had resided in the Flemington area most of her life.
A 1954 graduate of Flemington High School, she was a bookkeeper for Wilson Products, Neshanic Station, NJ and later was employed by Villeroy & Boch, Flemington, and also was employed in the Barley Sheaf School Cafeteria, Raritan Township, NJ.
Bea was a member of the Flemington Presbyterian Church where she was also a former Sunday School teacher and member of the church choir. She was formerly a 4H volunteer and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Surviving is her husband of fifty-six years, Robert W. Granzen; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Wendy and Tom Callihan of Bethlehem PA., Cheryl Keay of Flemington, NJ, and Robin and Marc Berardi of Flemington, NJ and six grandsons, Sean, Brandon Kyle, Ryan, Luke and Nicholas.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 7, 2014, at 10:30 AM in the Flemington Presbyterian Church, Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be Wednesday 2:00-4:00 PM & 7:00-9:00 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Memorial contributions may be made to Fox Chase Cancer Center, 333 Cottman Avenue, Philadelphia, PA. 19111-2497.
