Harry J. O'Connor

Harry J. O'Connor, age 79 years, of Princeton Township, NJ, died on October 22, 2007, at his residence.

Born in the Bronx, NY, May 9, 1928, he was the son of the late Jeremiah and Ellen Ryan O'Connor. He had formerly lived in Piscataway, NJ for thirty years.

He was a retired salesman with Italian Leather, New York, NY.

Mr. O'Connor was a United States Army veteran of World War II.

His wife, Dolores O'Connor, died in 2005. Surviving are two daughters, Kathy O'Connor of Long Island, NY, and Laura Doerr of Raritan Township, NJ; two sons, Steve O'Connor of Princeton, NJ, and Paul O'Connor of Westfield, NJ; two sisters, Mary Dougherty of Paramus, NJ, and Margaret Davis of Kinnelon, NJ; thirteen grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10:30 AM in St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in St. Magdalen Cemetery, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
