Born in Hunterdon County, NJ on December 8, 1892, he was the son of the late Andrew Kerr.

Mr. Kerr was a farmer for many years.

He was predeceased by his wife, Bessie (Smith) Kerr, who died in 1947.

Interment in Sandy Ridge Cemetery, Stockton, NJ.
