Hedwig "Hedy" Schwind

Hedwig "Hedy" Schwind, age 83 years, of Clinton Township, NJ, died on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Newark, NJ, September 29, 1927, daughter of the late Henry and Kunigunde Geist Goeselt, she had resided in Clinton Township for the past five years, having formerly lived in Readington Township, NJ for over thirty years.

A former dental assistant, she then went on to own and operate Deer Path Antiques, Readington Township, NJ. She was a member of several antique dealer associations as well as a Communicant of Immaculate Conception Church, Annandale, NJ.

Surviving are her husband of fifty-four years, J. Robert Schwind; a brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Josephine Goeselt of Northampton, NH; and several nieces and nephews.

Private Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow in Hollywood Cemetery, Union, NJ. Please visit www.holcombefisher.com for further information or to send condolences.
