Helen Harbacevich, age 97 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died peacefully Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at her home. Born in Manhattan, NY, June 29, 1923, daughter of the late Joseph and Martha Kosko Gibo, she had resided in the Flemington area since 1951. She was originally a bookkeeper/office employee and then upon moving to Raritan Township, became a poultry farmer. Helen was a person of many interests. She loved shopping and became a Personal Shopper for others for several years. She was an avid fan of the NY Yankees, NY Rangers, NY Giants and Tom Brady, loved sewing, watching dancing especially ballet, loved opera, European folk music, Masterpiece Theater and English murder mysteries. She loved everyone in her family and was proud of her Russian heritage. Helen missed her beloved son, Joey, her husband, Dan, Sr., her parents Joseph and Martha and her siblings. Helen is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law Daniel and Cindy Harbacevich, Jr. of Charlotte, NC and Michael Harbacevich of Raritan Township, NJ, and two grandchildren, Joseph and Anna Harbacevich. Graveside services will be held Thursday, December 24, 2020, at 11:00 AM in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be Wednesday 7:00 PM-9:00 PM at Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
