Helen Jean Catanio

Helen Jean Catanio, age 88 years, of Clover Hill, NJ, died on Friday, February 17, 2012 in the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Clover Hill, NJ, April 22, 1923, daughter of the late Earl and Olive Dilts Lane, she had moved back to Hunterdon County in 2011, having spent many years in Port St. Lucie, FL and Raritan Township, NJ prior to that.

A member of the Three Bridges Reformed Church, Three Bridges, NJ since 1937, Mrs. Catanio was a Homemaker as well as a Bookkeeper for her husband's plumbing and heating business, Frank Catanio & Son. She was also a member of the Three Bridges Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary.

Her husband of sixty-six years, Frank J. Catanio, died in 2010.

Surviving are two sons, Jack Catanio of Clover Hill, NJ and David Catanio of Fort Lauderdale, FL; two daughters, Jill Kelly of New York City, NY, and Patricia Catanio of Hillsboro, NC; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will take place Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. in the Three Bridges Reformed Church, 470 Main Street, Three Bridges, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow in Three Bridges Cemetery, located on the grounds of the Church. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the Funeral Home.
