Helen Kasper

Helen “Sue” Kasper, age 68 years, of Clinton Township, NJ, died Saturday, February 10, 2024, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick, NJ.

Born in Easton, PA, September 13, 1955, Sue was the daughter of Helen Dorko Gasparetti and the late Arnold Gasparetti, she had resided in Hunterdon County all her life, first in High Bridge, NJ, and later in Clinton Township.

A graduate of High Bridge High School, Sue worked at the offices of Kasper Disposal Services, Clinton Township for many years.

Sue was an avid vegetable and flower gardener, who enjoyed cooking and entertaining especially for the holidays, she loved canning, preparing sauces and homemade bread in addition to her delicious meals.

Surviving are her husband of forty-seven years, Daniel G. Kasper; her son, Daniel J. Kasper of Clinton Township, NJ; her daughter and son-in-law, Jessica and Mark Fossey of Aurora, CO; her grandson, Arthur Fossey of Aurora, CO; her mother, Helen Gasparetti of Sumter, SC; two sisters, Marie (Kevin) Monahan of Kunkletown, PA, Juliet (Kirk) Jeffcoat of Sumter, SC; two brothers, Arnold (Rose) Gasparetti of Wasilla, Alaska, and Michael (Nancy) Gasparetti of Arvada, CO. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday, February 16, 2024, at 12 Noon in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be Friday 11:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home.
