Helen Barbara Previ (nee Fornara) of Riegelsville, PA peacefully passed away on March 30, 2025 at the age of 91 surrounded by her family.
Originally from New York City, born May 26, 1933, the daughter of Italian immigrants, to the late Luigi and Guglielmina (Chiaverano) Fornara, Helen relocated in 1968 to Flemington, NJ to raise her young family with her husband, Joseph. She lived in Flemington, NJ until moving in with her daughter’s family in Riegelsville, PA, where she lived for fifteen years until her passing.
Helen was a homemaker, and a gifted gardener who enjoyed growing Bonsai trees. She also had a love of horses which she passed along to her daughter. Undeniably, her most avid interest was antiques. She operated several antique stores, most notably Plum Brook Antiques in New York City with her brother, Louis.
In addition to her parents, Helen is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Previ and brother, Louis Fornara. She is survived by her son, John and her daughter-in-law, Roseann, her daughter, Roberta and son-in-law, Daniel, two granddaughters, Danielle and Barbara Previ, along with several cousins and nieces.
