Helen Zemanek

Helen Zemanek, age 85 years, of Flemington Borough, NJ, died on January 5, 1994 at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ. Born in Stuttgart, Germany on December 20, 1908, she was the daughter of the late Paul Graf and Anna Gerlach. She was formerly employed as a pastry chef at the Old Timbers Restaurant in Annandale, NJ. Helen was predeceased by her husband, Frank Zemanek, who died in 1986. Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, 69 Capner Street, Flemington, NJ.
