Ms. Baltimore was a retired Passaic public school system teacher, of thirty-nine years. She worked in special education and helped students with special needs. Her family remembers her as someone who would always go out of her way to help others; she was loved by all who knew her and will be missed dearly.
She was predeceased by her parents as well as her brothers, John Edward Payne, and Harry Edgar Payne, Jr.
Surviving is her son and daughter-in-law, Ronald George Baltimore, Jr. and his wife, Johanna, of Bridgewater, NJ; her grandson, Ronald George Baltimore, III, also of Bridgewater, NJ, as well as her three great-grandchildren.
