Holly A. Mcteigue

Holly A. McTeigue, age 17 years, of East Amwell Township, NJ, died on Wednesday, December 10, 2008 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Newton, NJ, December 15, 1990, she was the daughter of Kevin W. and Donna Walter McTeigue. She had resided with her parents in East Amwell Township for the past five years, having previously lived in Ogdensburg, NJ.

Currently a Senior at Hunterdon Central Regional High School, Raritan Township, NJ, Holly also worked at the business her family owns and operates, Bath Junkie, in Flemington, NJ. She formerly had worked at Mom's Restaurant, Ringoes, NJ.

Holly was a dedicated volunteer for many worthwhile causes, including the Flemington Food Pantry and the American Cancer Society. She was also active with the 4-H, Mt. Airy, NJ, as well as with the competitive swimming teams both at Hunterdon Central Regional High School and the Hunterdon County YMCA.

Surviving, in addition to her parents, are two sisters, Patricia Thompson of North Brunswick, NJ and Caitlin McTeigue of East Amwell Township, NJ; a brother, William P. McTeigue of East Amwell Township, NJ; her paternal grandmother, Mary Lou McTeigue of North Arlington, NJ; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday at 10:00 a.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow in Holcombe-Riverview Cemetery, Lambertville, NJ.
