Born in Flemington, NJ on January 13, 1899, he was the son of Thomas Biddle and Ann Murphy.

Mr. Biddle was formerly employed by the Foran Foundry in town.

He was survived by his wife, Emma (Kohl) Biddle.

Interment in Saint Magdalen Cemetery, North Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
