Born in Neshanic, NJ on September 5, 1906, she was the daughter of Edward Sloff and Mary Kuhl. She was a homemaker. Ida was predeceased by her husband, Irwin Sheppard, who died in 1991. Interment in Union Cemetery, Boss Road, Ringoes, NJ.
