Jack Allen Reid, Jr.

Jack Allen Reid, Jr., age 19 years, of Delaware Township, NJ, died on Sunday, November 19, 2006.

Born in Raritan Township, NJ, February 27, 1987, son of Kathleen Martin Reid of Delaware Township, NJ and the late Jack A. Reid, Sr., he had resided in Delaware Township the past four years, previously residing in Kingwood Township, NJ.

A 2005 graduate of Hunterdon Central Regional High School, he was currently employed by Crossroads Restaurant, Croton, NJ. He was a member of Amwell Church of the Brethren, Delaware Township, NJ.

In addition to his father who died in 2001, he was pre-deceased by his grandmother, Sally Martin, in 2005.

Surviving are his mother and her companion, Kathleen Martin Reid and Brian Hewitt of Delaware Township, NJ; a sister, Shannon Marie Reid of Delaware Township, NJ; an aunt, Florence Kitner of Broadway, NJ; two uncles, Russell Reid of Upper Black Eddy, PA and Robert Martin of Easton, PA; his special cousin, Sadie Grace Martin of Upper Black Eddy, PA; and his longtime girlfriend, Heather Marie Opdyke of Delaware Township, NJ.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be private in Milford Union Cemetery, Milford, NJ.
