Jacqueline Seymour Berry

Jacqueline Seymour Berry, age 60 years, of Milford, NJ, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, February 14, 2008.

Born in Trenton, NJ, July 8, 1947, Mrs. Berry lived in Cranford, NJ for over twenty years. She worked tirelessly for the Democratic Committee and was a member of the Youth Employment, the League of Woman Voters and the Charitea Room.

A cat lover, gardener and an avid cook, she would light up the room with her beautiful smile and innocent look. Mrs. Berry thoroughly embraced family life with her adoring husband of forty-one years, her loving sons and her granddaughters.

She is survived by her loving husband, Thomas G. Berry, Sr.; two sons and daughters-in-law, Thomas Jr. and Dena Berry of Cranford, NJ and Theodore and Crystal Berry of Cary, NC; her four granddaughters, Emma, Samantha, Sara and Shannon Berry; her mother, Grace Seymour of Parlin, NJ; her two brothers, Marc and Chris Seymour; and her sister, Pat Noe. She was preceded in death by her father, Theodore Seymour and her sister, Joan Vastola.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. in St. Michael's Church, 40 Alden Street, Cranford, NJ. A first visitation will be held Sunday, February 17, 2008 from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ 08822 (please visit www.holcombefisher.com for further information or to send condolences).
