James A. Rambush, age 72 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died Wednesday July 10, 2013 at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.
Born in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ, January 6, 1941, son of the late Adam John Rambush and Julia Ann Michlen Rambush, he had formerly lived in Hillsborough, NJ for the past thirty years before moving to Flemington, NJ.
A United States Air Force Veteran, he belonged to the American Legion Flemington Post 159, and the Flemington Elks Lodge.
James also worked at Thul Auto Parts in Lebanon, NJ.
He was pre-deceased by two sisters, Evelyn Stokes and Lorraine Crotzer. Surviving are a brother Ken Rambush of Flemington, NJ, one sister Judith Gatsch of Flemington, NJ; Nieces, Constance Richardson of Flemington, NJ Theresa Gatsch of Flemington, NJ, Sue Gatsch of Easton, PA, Dianne Creveling of Phillipsburg, NJ, and Marjie Console of Arizona; nephews, Mark Gatsch of Easton, PA, Edward Gatsch of Bridgewater, NJ and David Cotzer of New Hampshire. Also surviving are several other nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at 8:00 p.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Visitation hours will be held Saturday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will be private.
