James Edward Fillebrown

Stewartsville NJ – James Edward Fillebrown, age 93, died Sunday, January 31, 2016 at his home in Stewartsville, surrounded by his family.

Born October 28, 1922, in Ringoes NJ, Jim lived in the Hunterdon and Warren County area all of his life. He worked on farm equipment as a mechanic and retired from Frank Rymon & Sons in Washington, NJ.

Jim was a longtime member of the Blue Mountain Antique Gas & Steam Engine Association and was a Past President and member of the Delaware Valley Old Time Power & Equipment Association.

Predeceased by his parents and his wife, Marion H. Fillebrown in 2008, Jim is survived by his nine children, James E. Fillebrown, Jr., Scott Fillebrown, Steven Fillebrown, Robert Fillebrown, David Fillebrown, Jesse Fillebrown, Lillian Fillebrown, John Fillebrown, and Kenneth Fillebrown. He is also survived by his brother, Thomas Fillebrown, many grandchildren, as well as several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services and cremation are private and under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ 08822.
