James Platt

James Platt, age 57 years, of Kingwood Township, NJ, died Sunday, April 13, 2020, at the Country Arch Care Center, Union Township, NJ.

Born in Morristown, NJ, June 20, 1962, he was the son of the late Leonard Platt and Sheila LeMurier.

An avid hunter, James worked as a farmer for Stone Rows Farm in Stockton, NJ. He was very active in the Baptist Church community.

In addition to his mother Sheila Platt, he is survived by his children, James Walter Platt and Elizabeth Platt; siblings, Gail, Sandy and Michael Platt; one grandchild, Aleksander Platt and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be private under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
