Jane C. Kitchin

Jane C. Kitchin, age 96 years, of Flemington, NJ, died December 17, 2016, at Country Arch Care Center, Pittstown, NJ.

Born in Philadelphia, PA., October 18, 1920, daughter of the late Willis and Freda Karle Carver, she had most of her life in Hunterdon County.

A 1936 graduate of Lambertville High School, Jane was formerly employed by the Flemington Auction Market for ten years.

Her husband, Harold Kitchin, died in 1991 and her son, Richard Kitchin, died in 2006. She was also pre-deceased by her two brothers, Richard Carver and William Carver.

Surviving are nieces, Marguerite Carver in South Carolina, and Lois Stewart of Flemington, NJ as well as other nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 8, 2017, at 2:00 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be Saturday, April 8, 1:30-2:00 PM at the funeral home.
