Jane Ellen Angelo

Frenchtown, NJ – Jane Ellen Angelo, age 66, died Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Township, NJ.

Born July 13, 1948, in Plainfield, NJ, Jane is the daughter of the late Harold Kerr and Janet (Eckstein) Kerr. Raised in Kenilworth, NJ, Jane and her late husband, Louis Angelo, lived in Westfield NJ, until they moved to Frenchtown fifteen years ago.

She retired from Flemington Department Store where she worked as a cashier for twelve years. Jane loved sewing, however, spending time with her family, especially her granddaughters was what she cherished most.

In addition to her father and her husband, Louis Angelo in 2010, Jane was predeceased by her sister, Elizabeth Mantz earlier this year. She is survived by her mother, Janet Kerr of Flemington, NJ, her son, David Scott Angelo of Frenchtown, NJ, her two granddaughters, Cloe and Amelia Angelo, and her sister, Susan Hamm of Flemington, NJ.

A memorial service will be at 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ 08822. Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Cremation services are private.
