Janet A. Zupko

Janet A. Zupko, age 80 years, of Flemington Borough, NJ, died Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at her home. Born in Perth Amboy, NJ, January 10, 1941, daughter of the late Michael and Jean Burchak Sedor, she had formerly resided in Avenel, NJ, Bermuda, and Hillsborough Township, NJ before moving to Flemington. An executive assistant for Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Raritan, NJ, she was a member of the Flemington Senior Center and volunteered at the local food pantry. Janet was an avid exerciser and enjoyed staying fit and healthy but also had a love for chocolate and ice cream. She enjoyed going to the movies with friends and family. She loved shopping and finding a good bargain or sale. Surviving are her three children, Joseph Zupko of Allentown, NJ, Janine Coelln and her husband, Lawrence of Annandale, NJ, and Johanna Casuccio and her husband, Jess of Hillsborough, NJ; one sister, Evelyn Dobos of Parlin, NJ; four grandchildren, Nicole Horta and her wife, Emily, Erica Newton and her husband, John, Miranda Davis, and Jeremy Davis and four great-grandchildren, Kaeden, Makena, Jerrick, and Parker. Funeral services will be private under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. A memorial service will be held at a later time and date to be announced.
