Jean B. Hunt

Jean B. Hunt, age 68 years, of Bushkill, PA. died June 2, 2021. Born in Springfield, MA, November 30, 1952, daughter of the late Benner and Jean Romine Hunt. In her earlier years she was very active physically. She would swim, ice skate, horseback ride, go to the gym regularly, and loved traversing the many trails at Bushkill Falls. Jean enjoyed spending time with her family and was a great mother and was just starting to learn the ropes in becoming a fantastic grandmother. She loved to read, was an excellent artist and really loved all types of animals. Jean had an interesting work history. After graduating from Waynesburg College, she spent some time working at a horse track in Philadelphia. From there she went on to be a DJ on the radio for many years. Jean really enjoyed working and helping others. Eventually, she became interested in Emergency Medical Services and got her certificates in EMT and later as a Paramedic. Among her survivors are a daughter, Elizabeth Murphy and grandson Hart Murphy from King of Prussia, PA; and two brothers Robert Hunt and Leigh Hunt from Ringoes New Jersey.
