Jean Martha Evans Searfoss

Jean Martha Evans Searfoss, age 86 years, of Flemington, NJ, died on Saturday, May 24, 2008, at her residence.

Born in Sand Brook, NJ, November 17, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Charles M. and Ethel Mae Anderson Brewer.

She was a homemaker, and had previously worked for many years at the Flemington Cut Glass.

She was an avid bowler, and former member of Darcy Chapter O.E.S., Flemington, NJ.

Her first husband, William Evans, and her second husband, Howard Searfoss, pre-deceased her. Surviving are two daughters, Thelma Christie of Raritan Township, NJ, and Carol Jane Deats of Millen, GA; a son, William Norman Evans III of Norwich, CT; a brother, William Anderson Brewer of Raritan Township, NJ; four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services and interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ, will be private under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
