Jean P. Miccio

Jean P. Miccio, age 97 years, of Whitehouse Station, NJ, died on Sunday, March 6, 2016 at Country Arch Care Center, Pittstown, NJ.

Born in Oakland, CA, August 10, 1918, daughter of the late Frank and Mary Martino Lombard, she lived most of her life in Brooklyn, NY.

Jean retired from Victory Memorial Hospital, Brooklyn, NY, where she was a switchboard telephone operator. Residing in Whitehouse Station, NJ for the past fifteen years, she loved to travel, drive, cook and shop. Jean also modeled in her youth.

She was pre-deceased by three sisters, Lorraine, Gracie, Ruthe; one brother, Rudy and one grandchild, Steven.

Surviving are a daughter, Linda Busch of Whitehouse Station, NJ; one son and daughter-in-law, Ricky and Gregoria Miccio of North Palm, FL; one brother, Ed; seven grandchildren, John, Julie, Sal, Maria, Jessica, Frank and Vincent and sixteen great-grandchildren.

A Private Graveside Service will be held in Fairview Cemetery, Westfield, NJ, under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
