Jeanette Serridge

Jeanette Serridge, age 62 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died Monday, January 19, 2015, at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ. Born in Philadelphia, PA., July 18, 1952, daughter of the late Harry and Elizabeth Holton Caulton, she had resided most of her life in Hunterdon County. She was employed for thirty years by Shop-Rite, first in Flemington, NJ and then in Clinton, NJ. Jeanette was a longtime volunteer at Flemington American Legion Post #159. Her sister, Annette Prutzman, died in 1978. Surviving are her husband of twenty-two years, Edward C. Serridge; a son John Rose, Jr. and his girlfriend, Mary Marciante, of West Trenton, NJ; two daughters and sons-in-law, Nicole and Chris Hansen of West Amwell Township, NJ, and Michelle and Aaron Webb of West Amwell Township; a grandson, Gabriel Hansen of West Amwell Township, NJ; a step-son, Edward J. Serridge of Kingston, NJ and a step-daughter, Denise M. Serridge of Kingston, NJ. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. There will be no calling hours.
