Jenny Prakopcyk, age 80 years, of Riegelsville, PA, formerly of Flemington, NJ, died on Saturday, June 17, 2006, at her residence.
Born in High Bridge, NJ, February 8, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Rose Cucorola Catanzareti.
She was a waitress for many years at TJ's Pancake House, Flemington, NJ.
She was a graduate of High Bridge High School, High Bridge, NJ.
She was pre-deceased by her husband, Bernard Prakopcyk, in 1997, and a son Bernard Prakopcyk, Jr., in 1956. She is survived by two sons; Joseph Prakopcyk of Ringoes, NJ, and Richard Prakopcyk of Asbury, NJ; two daughters; Debbie Hermann of Houston, TX, and Shelley Hughes of Riegelsville, PA; three sisters, Elizabeth Rizzo of Rochester, NY, Mary Dabkowski of Winchester, VA, and Francis Smith of Mt. Laurel, NJ; a brother, Frank Catanzareti of Three Bridges, NJ; and ten grandchildren; Alexa, Amanda, Andrew, Jessica, Daniel, Benjamin, Jennifer, Alecia, Steven, and Matthew.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10 AM in St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Clinton, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 7:30-9:30 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
