Jill Floyd

Jill Floyd, age 77 years, of Bradenton, FL, formerly of Flemington, NJ, died on August 17, 2011 in Blake Memorial Hospital.

Born in Binghamton, NY, January 5, 1934, she worked for many years for US Bronze Powders, Raritan Township, NJ, and then for the County of Hunterdon working with teacher certifications.

She was pre-deceased by her husband, Harry L. Floyd, in 1978. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Robert "Skip" Serridge of Flemington, NJ; a son, Christopher Floyd of Dover, NJ; a sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Art Girone of Winter Haven FL; and two grandchildren: Amy and R.J. Serridge.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2011 at 11 AM in the Three Bridges Reformed Church, 470 Main Street, Three Bridges, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be private in Newell Cemetery, Stanton, NJ.

Memorial contributions, in lieu of flowers, may be made to the charity of one's choice.
