Joan M. Rafferty

Joan M. Rafferty, age 87 years, of Phillipsburg, NJ, died Monday, October 21, 2019 at St. Luke’s Hospital Warren Campus, Phillipsburg, NJ.

Born in Passaic, NJ, January 2, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Fette Pallay.

A homemaker, Joan was an avid gardener and loved to sew.

She is pre-deceased by her husband, Eugene F. Rafferty in 1994 and two sons, Robert Rafferty in 2015 and Eugene T. Rafferty in 2018.

Surviving are her children, Elizabeth Young of Basking Ridge, NJ, and Eileen Rafferty of Flemington, NJ; one brother, Joseph Pallay of Lafayette Township, NJ; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held privately under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
