Joan W. Mandell, age 69 years, of Newton, NJ, died on September 7, 2000 at her residence. Born in Long Island, NY on February 15, 1931, she was the daughter of Wilfred Waine and Ella (Heyes) Waine. She worked as the manager for the Educational Testing Service (ETS) in Princeton, NJ, retiring in 1995. Interment in Newtown Cemetery, Newtown, PA.
