Johannah Weinhofer, age 75 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Thursday, July 29, 2010 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.
Born in Orange, NJ, March 15, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Edmond Jerome and Cecile McCormick Dwyer. She had resided in Raritan Township since 1967.
She was a licensed real estate agent, and Past President of the Hunterdon County Board of Realtors; a member of the Board of the South Branch Watershed Association; Board Member for the Raritan Township Planning Board; a mediator for the Raritan Township Court; Guardian for the Volunteers Guardianship Office One-On-One; and too many others to mention.
She was pre-deceased by her former husband, Judge John E. Weinhofer, and her brother, Edmond J. Dwyer. Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, John and Patricia Weinhofer and Mike and Christina Weinhofer; a daughter, Jodi Weinhofer, all of Key West, FL; her grandchildren: Gillian and Keely Weinhofer; a sister, Kate Dwyer Corvaja, and niece and nephew Cecile and Carlo Carvaja and his wife Susan; a sister-in-law, Teri Dwyer and niece and nephew, Elizabeth and Edmond Dwyer.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at Noon in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be private. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 10:30 AM until time of service in the funeral home.
