John C. Kautz

John C. Kautz, age 68 years, of Readington Township, NJ died Wednesday, October 5,2011, in Rolling Hills Care Center, Clinton Township, NJ.

Born in Philadelphia, Pa., November 1, l942, son of the late Anton and Sofia Perzl Kautz, he had resided in Readington Township twemty-five years.

He was a graduate of LaSalle, Philadelphia, and was Senior Vice-President of Peapack-Gladstone Bank until retiring in 2010. He also served in the Navy Reserves as an aviation electrician.

Surviving are his wife, Florence Madden Kautz; a son, Stephen Kautz of Readington Township, NJ; a daughter, Heather Burgey of Ashburn, VA.: a granddaughter, Kelsey Burgey of Ashburn, VA.; a brother, Franz Kautz of Southampton, PA; and a sister, Mary Clyde, of Philadelphia, Pa.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday at 8 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be private. Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 6-8 PM in the funeral home.
