John J. Pangaro

John J. Pangaro, age 86 years, of Lyons, NJ, died on Saturday, June 6, 2009 in Morristown Memorial Hospital, Morristown, NJ.

Born in Jersey City, NJ, November 15, 1922, he was the son of the late John and Mary Pangaro.

He was a United States Navy veteran of World War II and a recipient of the Purple Heart. He was formerly a building contractor.

Surviving are a sister and brother-in-law, Marilyn and Gerard P. Brennan of Raritan Township, NJ; a niece, Pamela Brennan of New York City, NY; a nephew and his wife, Gerard M. and Vicki Brennan of Whitehouse, NJ; a great niece, Nicole Brennan; and a great nephew, Matthew Brennan.
