John J. Rozborski

John J. Rozborski, age 93 years, of Raritan Township, NJ died on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 in Independence Manor, Raritan Township, NJ. Born in Elizabeth, NJ May 31, 1922, he was the son of the late Thomas and Mary Jaracz Rozborski. He had resided in Raritan Township for most of his life. John was a United States Army veteran of World War II, including being present at Utah Beach in Normandy during the D-Day invasion, and was a member of Flemington American Legion Post #159. John retired from Johanna Foods, Raritan Township, NJ. He was predeceased by his wife, Theresa, in 2008, and his sister, Jennie Gurski, and brother, Thomas Rozborski, and three brothers-in-law. Surviving are his sister and brother-in-law, Vicki and Joe Pepkowski, of Pipersville, PA; two sisters-in-law; eleven nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at 10 AM in St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment, with military honors, will follow in St. Magdalen Cemetery.
