John L. Miller

John L. Miller, age 76 years, of West Amwell Township, NJ, died Tuesday, October 17, 2017 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Somerville, NJ, June 16, 1941, son of the late Alton and Mary Marshall Miller, he was a lifelong Hunterdon County, NJ resident.

A truck driver for Lehigh Valley Dairy Farms, John had a love for farming and for his many horses he took care of.

He is pre-deceased by his son, David Miller in 2013 and his wife of fifty-two years, Barbara Miller in September 2017. Surviving are his two sisters and brother-in-law, Mary Theriault and husband, Bruce of Sugar Run, PA, and Sandra Miller of Hopewell, NJ; one brother, Jim Miller of Hopewell, NJ and several nieces and nephews.

Interment will be held in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ at a later date and time, to be announced. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
