John Peter Laga

John Peter Laga, age 79 years, of Delaware Township, NJ, died on April 20, 2005 in the Lyons Veterans Administration Hospital, Lyons, NJ.

Born July 23, 1925, he was the son of the late Frank and Antoinette Stasa Laga, Sr.

He was a retired Appliance Repair Specialist with Sears.

He was a United States Navy veteran of World War II.

He is survived by two sisters, Irene Laga Pyatt and Frances Laga, both of Flemington, NJ, and a niece, Barbara Napierski, of Secaucus, NJ.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 AM in St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 7-9 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in St. Alphonsus Cemetery, Hopewell, NJ.
