John V. Bloys, age 88 years, of Bethlehem, PA, died on February 15, 1994 at St. Luke's University Hospital, 801 Ostrum St, Bethlehem, PA. Born in Stanton, NJ on February 2, 1906, he was the son of the late Benjamin B. and Laura Bloys. Mr. Bloys was employed as an attorney in NYC. John was survived by his wife, Anne C. Polhemus. Interment in Newell Cemetery, Stanton, NJ.

John V. Bloys, 88, of Bethlehem, died Tuesday in St. Luke's Hospital. He was the husband of Anne C. (Polhemus) Bloys.
He was associated with the law firm of Donovan & Moolash, New York City, from 1960 until retiring in 1970. He was associate counsel and later assistant counsel for the Life Insurance Association of America, 1930-60.
He was a 1926 graduate of Lafayette College and a 1930 graduate of Columbia Law School.
Born in Stanton, N.J., he was a son of the lat Benjamin B. and Laura Bloys.
Survivors: Wife; sons, Allen K. of Whitehouse Station, N.J., and David P. of Bethlehem; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Services: 10 a.m. tomorrow, Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main St., Flemington. Call 7-9 p.m. today.
