John V. Larson

John V. Larson, age 70 years, of Quakertown, NJ, died on Saturday, June 20, 2009, at his residence.

Born in Minneapolis, MN, November 16, 1938, he was the son of the late Victor and Erna Handorf Larson. He had formerly resided in Flemington, NJ, Mt. Airy, NJ, and Hopewell, NJ, before moving to Quakertown, NJ thirty-four years ago.

Mr. Larson was a retired carpenter with Carpenter's Union #455, Somerville, NJ.

He was pre-deceased by a brother, Louie Larson. Surviving are his wife of thirty-eight years, Carol Miller Larson; a brother, Robert Larson, of Princeton, NJ; and five sisters, Sandy Moe, Susie Rudnick, and Sally Hanson, all of Minneapolis, MN, Betty Jean Dalbal of Moorhead, MN, and Anna Marie Rehling of Kokomo, IN.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2009 at 10 AM in the Quakertown United Methodist Church, Quakertown, NJ. Interment will be private. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
