John W. Krieger

John W. Krieger, age 91 years, of Raritan Township, NJ passed away on Monday, October 26, 2020 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, December 18, 1928, he was the son of the late John and Mary Krieger. He had resided in Raritan Township since 1965.

John was a Communicant of St. Magdalen Church, Flemington, NJ, and a United States Army veteran of the Korean War.

Mr. Krieger was a former Lithographer with American Can then worked for Lalevee Trucking, and in later years worked as a custodian for the Bucks County School System.

His wife of sixty-nine years, Elaine C. Krieger, passed away in 2019. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Bob Snider of Milford, NJ; a son and daughter-in-law, Jack and Shanty Krieger of Raritan Township, NJ; and a grandson, C.J. Chan.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, November 2, 2020 at 10:30 AM in St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow in St. Magdalen Cemetery under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Hunterdon Regional Cancer Center, 2100 Wescott Drive, Flemington, NJ 08822.
