John Zdepski, age 93 years, of Alexandria Township, NJ, peacefully went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at his residence.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, March 24, 1916, son of the late Harry and Eva Guda Zdepski, he had resided in Alexandria Township for most of his life.
A United States Army Air Corps veteran of World War II, Mr. Zdepski was a self-employed Carpenter and Contractor with Dalrymple & Zdepski Contractors for many years.
He was a member of the Palisades Community Bible Church, Revere, PA.
His wife Leona Johnson Zdepski, died in 1987.
Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Wanda L. and Warren DeWitt of Doylestown, PA; two grandchildren, Warren H. DeWitt, Jr. and his wife Kimberlee and Wendi Johnson and her husband, Paul; three great-grandchildren, Katelyn and Elizabeth DeWitt and Reed Johnson; two sisters, Ann Zdepski of Baptistown, NJ and Helen Fackelman of Kingwood Township, NJ; and two brothers, Stanley Zdepski of Flemington, NJ and Walter Zdepski of Kingwood Township, NJ.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow in Rosemont Cemetery, Rosemont, NJ.
