Joseph Stosko, Jr.

Joseph Stosko, Jr., age 64 years, of Howell, NJ, formerly of Franklin Township, Hunterdon County, NJ, died on Thursday, March 26, 2009, in Centra State Medical Center, Freehold, NJ.

Born in Allentown, PA, May 12, 1944, he was the son of the late Joseph and Barbara Hineline Stosko, Sr.

He worked 44 years for RCA, MCI, MCI Worldcom and Verizon Business in the internal communications department.

He was a United States Navy veteran and a member of the Flemington United Methodist Church.

He was pre-deceased by his first wife, Eileen Stosko, in 2000. Surviving are his wife, Joanne Yarema-Stosko, and her daughter, Jennifer Yarema; his three daughters, Denise Vaillant of Alpha, NJ, Joanne Stosko of Philadelphia, PA, and Susan Stosko of Clinton, NJ; his only son, Joseph Peter Stosko, of New Hope, PA; three brothers, John Stosko of Iowa, Robert Stosko of California, and William Stosko of New Jersey; two sisters, Marvella Simmons of New York, and Darlene Kemlage of New York; and a grandson, William A. Vaillant.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 11 AM in the Flemington United Methodist Church, Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 1-4 and 6-8 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
