Joseph T. Lis, Jr.

Joseph T. Lis, Jr., age 70 years, died suddenly on July 9, 2007, in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Lebanon Township, NJ, son of the late Joseph T. and Catherine Warwick Lis, Sr., he had resided there all of his life.

He was a draftsman with Ingersoll-Rand Corporation, Phillipsburg, NJ, until retiring. He was a volunteer at Hunterdon Medical Center, and he enjoyed traveling.

He was a graduate of North Hunterdon Regional High School.

Surviving are a brother, Eugene Lis of Lebanon Township, NJ, and several cousins.

Graveside services will be held on Monday at 11 AM in St. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA, under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. There will be no calling hours.
