Joyce R. Larowe

Joyce R. LaRowe, age 80 years, of Delaware Township, NJ, died Thursday, September 20, 2018, at her home. Born in New York City, March 9, 1938, daughter of the late William and Lillian Atamaniuk Hanlon, Joyce had resided in the Flemington area and Delaware Township most of her life. Joyce was formerly a sales associate with the Happy Sue Anna Shop, Flemington, NJ and later with the Ben Franklin Store, Lambertville, NJ. She was also formerly a receptionist for Dr. Darnell in New Hope, PA. Joyce was a graduate of Flemington High School, Class of 1956 and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Amwell Valley Fire Co., Ringoes, NJ. She was also a volunteer with Thanksgiving in The Country and was an avid bowler and gardener. Surviving are her husband of sixty-one years, Thomas A. LaRowe; two daughters and a son-in-law, Kathleen and John Martin of Flemington, NJ and Jo-Ann Littlefield of Dayton, OH; a son and daughter-in-law, Marc and Marian LaRowe of Ringoes, NJ; a sister, Virginia Hanlon of New York City; a brother, Ronald Hanlon of Seattle, WA; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 25, 2018, at 11:00AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Harbourton Cemetery, Harbourton, NJ.
