Judith H. Mccabe

Judith H. McCabe, age 82 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died Thursday, November 18, 2021, at Capital Health Medical Center, Hopewell, NJ.

Born in Jersey City, NJ, August 1, 1939, daughter of the late Frank and Joan Stetson Manuel, she had formerly resided in Avenel, NJ.

Judith worked as an office manager for Paul’s Trucking in Woodbridge, NJ. She enjoyed socializing with family and friends and loved being around her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Judith was an avid swimmer and enjoyed walking and staying active.

She is pre-deceased by her husband, Thomas McCabe in 2006.

Surviving are her three children, Denise Paternoster and her husband, Mark of Cookstown, NJ, John Brady of Tannersville, PA, and Steven Brady and his wife, Lori of Toms River, NJ; seven grandchildren, Joan Kennedy, Allison Minissale, Keith Paternoster, Steven Brady, Jr., Lauren Brady, Katherine Brady, and Sean Brady; three great-grandchildren, Nathan Minissale, Ryan Minissale and Jack Kennedy, and one brother, Dennis Manuel and his wife, Mary of Metuchen, NJ.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at 10:30 AM in the St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ, under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Entombment will follow in St. Magdalen Mausoleum, North Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Monday, November 22, 2021, from 2:00-4:00 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM in the funeral home.

Memorial contributions in Judith’s name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
