June Day Svoboda

June Day Svoboda, age 78 years, of Flemington, NJ died on Thursday, February 23, 2006 in Easton Hospital, Easton, PA.

She was born in Flemington, NJ, July 13, 1927, and was a lifelong resident.

She was a retired manager with United Telephone Company, Flemington, NJ.

She enjoyed flower gardening, bingo, bird watching, and cooking for her family.

She was a member of Flemington Elks Lodge #1928.

Her husband of 54 years, Emil R. Svoboda, Sr. died on February 5, 2006.

Surviving are two sons; Emil R. Svoboda, Jr., of Flemington, NJ, and Michael Svoboda, of Flemington, NJ; a daughter, Cheryl Svoboda, of Lumberville, PA; and three grandchildren.

A Memorial Mass for BOTH Mr. and Mrs. Svoboda will be held on Saturday, MARCH 4, 2006 at NOON in St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be private in St. Magdalen Mausoleum. There will no calling hours.
