Kenneth F. Bartizal, Sr., age 77 years, of Holland Township, NJ, died on Thursday, September 15, 2005 at his residence.

Born in Oak Park, IL, April 23, 1928, he was the son of the late Frank Emil and Theresa Ratajik Bartizal. He had resided in Holland Township for the past two months, having previously resided in the San Diego Country Estates in Ramona, CA and North Riverside, IL for many years.

Mr. Bartizal did Clerical work for Western Electric, a division of At & T, in Cicero, IL for over thirty-nine years. He was elected on numerous occasions to the positions of President and Business Manager for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers in Cicero, IL.

Additionally, Mr. Bartizal was a Trustee of the North Riverside, IL government, representing the local Police and Fire Departments. He coached the local little league there for many years as well.

Surviving are his wife of fifty-five years, Mary Cangelosi Bartizal; a son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth F. Bartizal Jr. and Dawn M. Bartizal of Holland Township, NJ; two grandchildren, Christopher and Angela Bartizal of Somerset, NJ; and a brother, Harold Bartizal, of Rogers, AR.

Funeral Services and Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ will be held privately under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Please visit www.holcombefisher.com for further information or to send condolences.
