Kenneth L. McPeek, age 65 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Monday, April 23, 2007, in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.
Born in Frenchtown, NJ, September 29, 1941, he had resided in Raritan Township most of his life.
A 1959 graduate of Hunterdon Central High School, Flemington, NJ, he was a stationary engineer with Johnson & Johnson, North Brunswick, NJ, retiring in 2005.
He was a United States Coast Guard veteran, serving from 1959-1963, and was stationed at Guantonomo Bay, Cuba during the Cuban Missile Crisis.
Surviving are his wife of thirty-nine years, Geraldine Dolan McPeek; three sons, Kevin McPeek of Easton, PA, Rory McPeek of Easton, PA, and Patrick McPeek of Flemington, NJ; a daughter, Kathleen McPeek of San Francisco, CA; his mother, Meredith Search Taylor of Flemington, NJ; two half brothers, Lee Taylor of Whitehouse Station, NJ, and Jeffrey Taylor of Flemington, NJ, and two grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 10 AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Entombment will be in St. Magdalen Mausoleum. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM in the funeral home.
