Kenneth W. Gulick, age 84 years, died Thursday, October 27, 2016, at Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Township, NJ.
Ken was born in Doylestown PA on May 27, 1932, son of the late Ernest and Elsie Cline Gulick, and was a lifelong resident of Hunterdon County NJ.
He was a US Army veteran of the Korean War, serving overseas in Korea, and was a machinist with Cincinnati Gear Company in Lebanon NJ until retiring.
Ken enjoyed camping and building and fixing gas engines. He was also an avid ham radio operator, and broadcast using the handle ‘N2GJD.’
Surviving are four daughters, Kathleen Kutzman of Belvidere NJ, Joanne Mensch or Lubbock TX, Colleen Cirotti of Washington NJ, and Lorraine Gulick of Bangor PA, two sons, Kenneth Gulick Jr., of Trenton NJ, and Ernest Gulick of North Brunswick NJ, sixteen grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and his companion of 32 years, Diana Barnes.
Graveside services with Military Honors officiated by Rev. Christopher Voorhees will be at 11:30 am, Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown PA, 18940. Those attending the graveside service should plan on arriving at the cemetery by 11:15 am.
Arrangements are under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington NJ. Memorial contributions in Ken’s name may be made to the American Cancer Society, 7 Ridgedale Ave., Cedar Knolls NJ 07927.
